Paul has spent more than 28 years in property related services, holding a range of senior roles at Nationwide Building Society, Countrywide Surveyors, Rightmove.co.uk and Countrywide Plc. Paul's experience includes a high-profile position at Rightmove where he was one of the operational Managing Directors. Paul joined Countrywide in 2006 to become Chairman of the Conveyancing Division and Director of Group Projects, where he advises on major change projects, initiatives and strategy.

Having headed the Financial Institutions Group at UK top 30 law firm Halliwells for ten years, Matt launched the HL Interactive brand in 2004 before leading a management buy-out of the business in 2009.

Pat qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1979 and has 30 years of planning, senior management and consulting experience in large-scale customer service centres, retail operations and finance in both the USA and Europe. Working at Barclays Bank for 20 years, in his last stint, Pat was Operations Director for the bank’s UK mortgage business.
